THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE OFFERED BY US AND WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES TO THE CLIENTS. WE GET OUR REMUNERATION FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH IS TRANSPARENT AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE BUSINESS/RENEWAL:

1) We gather the details of insurance viz. sum insured, risks to be covered, any special condition requirement and etc. well before the renewal.

2) We approach various insurance companies for premium quote, follow up with them for the quotes and negotiate for competitive rates.

3) On receipt of the quotes we draw a comparison statement giving the premium details as well as other conditions/terms etc.

4) After discussing the matter with the client, we place the business with the Insurance Company selected by the Clients. Normally it is our strategy that we do not suggest the change of insurance company unless there is dissatisfaction from the clients on service aspects especially from claims angle or change of insurance company is desired by the clients for some other reason.

5) We co-ordinate with the clients and collect the premium Cheque and deposit the same with the Insurance Company as offline/ Now you can pay directly payment link generated thru this website.

6) We follow up with the insurance company for the policies and collect the policies and forward the same to the clients/ Now generate it online immediately.

7) On receipt of the policies we scrutinize the policy document and give a confirmation in writing to the clients stating that the policy document is in order.

CLAIMS & SERVICES

A) TRANSIT INSURANCE CLAIMS:

  • a) Receive the claim intimation from the clients – e-mail / fax etc. and inform the insurance company and follow up with the insurance company for registration of the claim and obtaining claim form.
  • b) Co-ordinate with the insurance company for arrangement of survey wherever it is necessary.
  • c) Co-ordinate with the surveyor for completing his job / with the officials of the clients for necessary details required by the surveyor.
  • d) Collecting various documents.It is our practice that our official will visit periodically the clients office and assist in collecting various documents.
  • e) Collect all the documents from the clients, scrutinize and submit the same to the insurance Company
  • f) Follow up with the insurance company for settlement of the claims.
  • g) We monitor all the claims reported by maintaining a claims register – client wise.
  • The pending claims are discussed periodically with the representatives of the clients and support for settlements.

B) HEALTH INSURANCE CLAIMS

  • a) We follow up the Third-Party Administrator Company who are claim settling agents for necessary Pre-authorisation as soon as we get the claim intimation regarding hospitalization of any member of the group covered under the policy.
  • b) co-ordinate with the hospital and TPA in case of any difficulties
  • c) If there is TPA involved then we get the claim intimation as soon as any member is hospitalized. Follow up with clients to collect all the claim documents like bills reports, discharge summary etc. and scrutinized the same before submitting to the insurance company.
  • d) In case the documents submitted by the member show some discrepancy or raise doubts regarding the genuineness of the claim report the matter to the appropriate officials of the clients confidentially. e) In health insurance claims also,our official makes periodical visit to the client’s place.

C) OTHER CLAIMS LIKE MACHINERY BREAKDOWN /FIRE etc.

  • a) Inform the insurance company as soon as the claim is intimated to us.
  • b) Co-ordinate with the insurance company for arrangement of survey
  • c) Co-ordinate with the surveyor as well as with the client’s officials
  • d) Assist the clients in submission of various documents.
  • e) Follow up with the insurance company for Survey Report and settlement of the claim.
